I've had this problem with a few of my busier sites.

The Raq4 only allows 10% of SITE disk quota to be used for logs.

So if you have a busy site with a relatively small disk quota, it simply 
chops the end off the logs.

Try bumping up the disk quota for the SITE to something fairly big and it 
will probably fix your problem.
