[cobalt-users] Scared User.. & Email Purging

Hi all I have a user that just called me that is a CEO of one of the
companies that we host their web site and email for and apparently they had
a secretary send out an email that makes them very very nervous and they
want to make sure that this particular email is purged from the face of the
earth and no one will be able to retrieve it other than who it was sent to..

Stupid question on my part I guess.. but when email is sent from the email
server is a copy still left on it?

Any suggestions other than simply emptying the users sent items box on their
local computer to purge any history
