Plesk is, unless you buy the developers license, closed source and you
are not allowed to change anything in it (according to the EULA). 

Ensim is bought in license bundles of min. 10users, and you pay like 3$
pr. user license you have. This is a onetime fee pr user creation.
Besides this you pay for the software itself which is also a onetime
fee.
