Whilst I recognise that Neil is actually looking for a fan, and if no
one has yet worked it out, Gerald Waugh can supply, the actual PSU, for
a Raq4 at least, is a VLT60-3000 (image at
http://www.stringer.uk.net/MVC00007.JPG). These can be sourced direct
from the manufacturer at... (they do NOT come with a fan)

For thos that want to run 7200 RPM disk, and maybe two of them, perhaps
upgrading the PSU to a more powerfull unit in the VLTx series may be an
option, but don't take my word for it.... I have not checked the spec, I
am merely musing.
