It sure does sound similar.. I looked at the posting and it seems like his
issues are much more intense than this situation but who knows this problem
certainly has the potential of getting that bad.
FYI - the problem user is scheduled to get e new (different) PC tonight so
hopefully that will take care of the problem on away or another.

Other stuff I found on a quick search seems to have to do with
TLS/SSL. I'm wondering if the user has been messing with 'security'
settings in their mail client...
Also found a message reporting similiar behavior for a single user,
but no solution was presented... in case you want to check it anyway,
