[cobalt-users] RAQ4 - Virtual Sites - phpMyAdmin installation

Installation guides...

I have read ALL of the guides and trawled the forums looking for detailed advice installing "phpMyAdmin 2.4.0".
The server is running virtual sites and I want this to be available to all the virtual sites.

Is there an idiots guide that would suit me, I know a lot, but not enough...

The server has:
Perl : version 5.005_3
Apache : 1.3.20 (patched) + mod_perl 1.25 + mod_ssl 2.8.4 + PHP 4.1.2
Sendmail : 8.10.2
FrontPage 4.0.4.3

MySQL settings:
MySQL version: 3.23.37
Data files: /home/mysql
Binary files: /usr/bin/
Startup scripts: /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S90mysql
