I know this has been discussed (how to do the conversion) - anyone have a good link to the ins/outs of doing this? Such as, do you have to do fresh installs, ie: backup/restore, reinstall packages, etc. If I wasn't swamped dealing with a crashing 2000 server I *would* check the archives before posting this question, but I am losing hair by the minute I just don't have the extra 3 minutes right now (sorry).
