Well, that would explain a few things. That package is not installed. I 
verified it by running chkconfig --list poprelayd as well. Nothing.

Ah, it's all coming back to me now...

I remember attempting to locate the proper version of qpopper and the 
POP-before-relay package a while back, but was not able to do it. Does 
anyone have any information regarding obtaining these packages and 
setting it up on my Qube2?

The patched version of sendmail apparently needs something that I don't 
have installed, because it doesn't actually send any mail from the 
server. Reverting back to the previous version of sendmail and restarting 
the server fixed my mail lock problem.
