Ok, so lets assume the two domains you are talking about are;

    xyz-graphics.com

and 

    xyzgraphics.com

Going back to the basics, assuming you have all the external DNS entries
approriately setup;

Have you entered both xyz-graphics.com and xyzgraphics.com in the
appropriate field under the Advanced setup tab for Email?

Have you set up appropriate entries in the DNS on the Qube for use locally
(i.e. within your LAN)?
