[cobalt-users] weird email problem not going away

I have asked this before and I still have not got an answer to the problem.
I have tried everything and find nothing wrong with the raq4r.
1 customer of mine cannot get any email sent to them, except from someone on
our servers. all outside email gets bounced back to the sender with a
message that states the email recipiant is invalid or something like that.
I do not find anything wrong.
I want to mention, this is a new customer that was being hosted on another
server.
