The .med top level domain is not an 'official' tld. That means that
if someone out there in internet land wants to find the website,
THEIR isp must be able to resolve the domain name. So in order to
get the website seen by anyone in the world ( as the official ones
are ) you will have to persuade EVERY isp in the world to make the
suggested changes to their DNS system.
Sounds like a bit of a scam.

Why buy a domain name that only 'a limited number' can see ?
