[cobalt-users] Deleted the folder /home/sites/home/web accidentally

I was removing a file that I had in /home/sites/home/web and for some
reason when typing just forgot to add the filename and did a rm -rf
/home/sites/home/web/

Could some one tell me how to fix it? I did created with mkdir the web
dir, but I cant figure out why my siteadmin panel for master managing of
the server is not loading.

Any suggestions?
