[cobalt-users] chmod on usr

Hello,
	My / (root) is 99% full.  I want to just create a directory under /home 
partition and then copy everything from /usr to there and symlink /home/usr 
to /usr.  Ok that is easy enough but does /home/usr/ and the link /usr have 
to have any specail permissions? if so what would the chmod command be 
foreach?
