I got this same error whe first installing Webalizer on a Raq550. Until you
get Webalizer configured probably, PAM authorization, you will get that
error.

I would suggest searching the
http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users/ for "webalizer
raq550".

That's where I found the solution to make PAM authorization work. Once that
was done, no more errors from the cron job.
