OK there are two options, as the new tlds are not
yet on root-servers.
Web-Browser Plugin that you or visitor need to download
from new.net.
-or-
to make all new tlds resolves globaly, you will need to
make some changes to your BIND as detailed here:
http://www.new.net/help_isp_info.tp
There are some ISPs who provide DNS resolutions for
these new names and they are listed here:
http://www.new.net/services_adfree.tp
You will be added to hosts list for free if you make the
DNS changes and contact new.net
I have one domain and is working fine on a RaQ4.

Subject: [cobalt-users] .med tld
has anyone tried one of the new.net told's on the RAQ - I have a new site
xxx.med - it is setup like every other site but it is as if it is
non-existent to the real world.
I have installed the new.net plugin on my Windows browser ... but I don't
know if that just isn't working, if the RAQ 3i doesn't like the .med (I
have .us extensions with no problem), or if the .med tld is just crap and
won't work in the real world.
Thanks for any input.
