Go into the GUI page for DNS. The right dropdown box says "add...",
click the dropdown and select
"server settings". The third area there says "Zone Transfer Access",
the IP address for each server that you want to allow transfers to
should be here. If that is not done then the machine you have setup as
secondary will request the transfers and be denied by the primary. Once
you have done that go back into the machine you have set as the
secondary, go into the DNS area and click "save changes to dns server"
this will cause the machine to re-request the zone transfers.
