ok, so i've finally got round to setting up my admin GUIs with SSL.
it doesn't seem to have carried over to my ASP admin GUIs. i'm assuming that
this is because the siteAdmins are via port 81 and the ASP admin is on port
5100 but it means there's not much point in securing the siteAdmin GUI if
the ASP admin is sending the root password in clear text.
is there any way to apply the SSL to the ASP admin as well? i'm thinking
something to do with httpd.conf rewrite rules but since i'm no expert i
don't know if this is right or how to do it!
i know i could change the ASP admin password to be different from root but i
like the convenience of having both the same.
any help much appreciated...
