Thanks for the quickest response ever!!!

I couldn't initially download the above since I didn't know the serial 
number for the RAQ, however in the meantime got a number out of the 
LICENSE.LIC file that seems to have allowed me to get to the download 
page and it is on its way.  Thanks for the direct link though

Since I am starting from scratch any thoughts on which solution is 
better, chili!upload or the links you refer to (Yes I know, depends on 
my needs etc. but just a nudge in the better direction would be good for 
a relative newbie)


As an aside, the docs imply I MUST install all upgrade packages in the 
right order.  AIUI my RAQ4 has a seemingly random selection of packages 
already installed and I can't tell where to start. Anyone fill me in?
