Then pmfirewall is still running.
You can shut it down using /etc/rc.d/init.d/pmfirewall stop
Maybe check /etc/hosts.allow
Did you put your PC ipaddress in there
ALL: 1.2.3.4/255.255.255.0 # ip address/mask
