No, the cce is working.  The problem is definitely with installation.  We
don't want to use the GUI to install software, but without that it isn't
getting installed properly.  I'm going to have to do a lot more work to
figure out what to do about this.  If anyone has any info on installing
packages without the gui, please let me know. -- Felicia
