[cobalt-users] RaQ4 Majordomo Non-member submission bounce

i'm having problems with some Majordomo lists on my RaQ4.
my clients have set up lists which are subscriber-post only.
they have selected local users to add to the list (i.e. <username>).
when sending a mail to the list from their email address (i.e.
<username>@domain) the mails are bouncing saying it is a Non-member
subsmission. i've checked via the GUI and they've definitely set it up OK.

is this a problem with the Coblat Majordomo? do they need to add themselves
as <username>@domain rather than just <username>?

any ideas would be appreciated...
