Thanks Malcom for your prompt reply. However I am looking for a tape backup
to connect to de qube using the SCSI conection that comes with it. I imagine
that should be some scripts/cron Jobs around that can use tar to backup to
the SCSI tape backup.
Thanx again.

Grateful is someone could give some information on tapes backup to be used
on a Qube3. I am interested as well on which backup agents are available on
the market.
Thanks in advance.

I use a firewire VXA tape drive connected to a PC running W2K. The PC is
running Retrospect 6.0 for Windows and I have installed the Retrospect Linux
client on my Qube3. I also backup to spare disk capacity (i.e. external
firewire drives)and CDR/RW. This is all done with Retrospect, but you'll
need the Multi-Server version to get support for Linux, Solaris, and MacOS X
clients.
