[cobalt-users] RaQ3/4 flash EEPROMs

Since this subject has been broached previously, here is an update!

We have been replacing RaQ3/4 flash EEPROMs
We originally put sockets on the board, but required MUCH rework!
A local board house, quoted $225.00 to put a socket on the board.

For the time being we will not use sockets.

We are able to reliably replace the flash EEPROM with a programmed unit.
We have done 2.3.34, 2.3.40, and 2.9.34 with validated success.

We can also supply programmed flash EEPROMs for those that either have the 
ability/equipment to DIY or know a local person with the ability/equipment .
