[cobalt-users] ERR [SYS/PERM] Unable to process From lines (envelopes)

All of a sudden, the above error message started hitting my raq4 this week
several times, at several users.

Each time they got the error message, their mailfile in /home/spool/mail was
corrupt. And each time, it was corrupt the same way: the first lines of that
file showed:

************************ Access Denied *************************
*                                                              *
* Sorry, you do not have telnet/shell access to this Cobalt    *
* server.                                                      *
*                                                              *
****************************************************************

Anyone knows what's causing this, and how I can avoid it will happen again?
