This is information that had previously been posted but seems relevant to
this topic.
XOasis to make available a replacement O/S complete with new interface on
Raq3/4 servers.

For anyone liking the functionality and features of the newer Raq's 550's
etc.. but have a older Raq 3/4 you might want to check out and sign up for
the Beta O/S from XOasis that replaces the RAQ O/S.
It's my understanding that the O/S Beta is scheduled for availability in
March possibly earlier and a planned final release of the product is
expected shortly there after in April-May time frame.

Actually I did see something from an engineer someplace recently
(webhostingtalk forums?) that said they'd figured out how to to a
RH7.3 +/- Plesk onto actual RaQ 3 or RaQ 4 hardware.
And I know Jeff Lasman said that _he_ was 'in the loop' about just
such a project as well...
Good for them if they have indeed figured it out... Personally I abhor
the Plesk interface, so it wouldn't be an option for me...
