No, you won't
Uninstalling Neomail would delete the perl files and stuff it uses, and some
users preferences...
MAIL however is stored in /var/spool, which will not be touched in an
uninstall

I always used Neomail, then tried OpenWebmail. Never back to Neomail again,
worth it for sure!
