The email is being sent from the web form, it's just not being delivered to
the Raq account.  I've used the forms to send email to my own account, which
isn't on the Raq, and it works fine.

Post a
 [root /root]# cat /var/log/maillog
to get a idea what is going on when mail is sent from a form .cgi(sendmail u
hope) or .php(@localhost) or(cron) root@localhost.

Example(mail) post: (from a crontab running a cgi script in the mail log on
a RAQ4)--
