It doesn't replace majordomo, it works with it.  Majordomo continues to
handle all requests, the use of bulk_mailer is pretty much transparent and
majordomo hands off messages to bulk_mailer which speeds up delivery by
ensuring that messages for recipients within the same domain are sent in a
single SMTP envelope.
