Yeah - I've tried that already, but running top is
taking for ever at the moment. There don't appear
to be any visible processes hogging resources. What
would be considered an acceptable % for memory usage?
- the highest figure we have (by some way) is 16.6%
for caspeng.
Any other ideas?

Shell in and run 'top', then press 'P' to sort by CPU usage or 'M' to
sort by RAM usage.
Does Active Monitor ever send out a low memory alert?
