A little birdy told me that, to the best of his -- er, I mean _it's_
- -- knowledge, nobody has ever actually called customer service and
placed a formal request for updated source code to be made available
IAW GPL requirements, and that something like that in the daily 'call
log' (or whatever they call it) would actually get seen fairly high
up within Sun and carry some weight...
So if ever we need anything in the future, that's the route to take...
place an official logged customer services request call... :)
And for those of you who don't have it, Sun Cobalt Support can be
reached at +1 800 526 0484.
:)
