Did not find what I needed in the archive. I did look up quotas and
took a look at a
Log file /var/log/httpd/adm_error and found the following:
Premature end of script headers:
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/diskUsage/diskUsage.cgi
Illegal division by zero at
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/diskUsage/diskUsage.cgi line 400.
What can be done to correct this and correct Active monitor disk usage
error?

IIRC Bruce posted a way to fix the quotas in postgresql, looks like
something that could fix the problem, It was just a week or two ago
maybe search for "quota"
