This started out simply as a over quota message for a customer who had
allowed his e-mail to fill up. He then deleted all the e-mail but I was
still getting the "close to or over quota" message. I checked the entire
directory, and found that none of the files in the directory are anywhere
near the 10meg limit that I have set. I then bumped the max disk space for
the site up to 20meg. Now I am STILL getting messages dated December 9th,
with the "close to or over quota" message. The message still shows that the
site was set to 10 meg, even after I bumped it up.
I just started scheduled backups on my RAQ4, and now I'm getting messages
from the scheduled backup, every hour, I receive a message for each of the
scheduled backups that have run in the past regardless if they succeeded or
failed.
I understand deleting the messages is no big deal, but how do I get the
server to STOP sending me messages over and over, Obviously it refuses to
believe that I read the messages it sends me, but I do!
