Maybe it's a mailman bug (as some sysops have stated it is specific to
mailman---six copies of every post) several  other x-lists we are on -
have been experiencing the same exact malady in the last 2 days, if we get
more specific technical info we will post... just wanted to say this issue
is not unique to cobalt-users list(s)
