No, it's a "general purpose" linux server, not an appliance. It runs
plain Linux, but has both KDE and Gnome on it (you can use it like a
desktop machine if you want), etc.
Nothing that says you couldn't use Ensim, Plesk, Webmin, etc on it...
just no "Cobalt" UI... also no LCD panel on it.
