It means the nameserver found no RR for ns2.mslnetworks.net.
You need to create A RRs for ns1 and ns2.
Side note: Hosting via cable with no DNS redundancy is not a
very good idea. I hope that's a temporary measure; if not, you
probably are in for a fair amount of grief.
