We have had a problem on 3 different RaQ4i servers.
When we upgrade the system past the OS 2.0 Update, and the server is
subjected to heavy traffic (we do about 40GB per month), the server crashes
randomly. When there is no traffic, the server is fine and never crashes. If
we do an OS restore and don't put any patches on past the OS 2.0 Update, and
subject to traffic, everything is fine. This is a very frustrating situation
because we need our server to be up 24/7 and I don't like the idea of not
having all the recent patches applied because of security issues.
Has anyone else had a situation like this? If so, is there anything I should
be looking for?
Please advise.
Bill
