Hi,
Have you tried putting the main ip of the box into the 'relay
for' box in the sendmail config screen ?
I had this issue, but I don't think it was ever solved, it
just suddenly went away. I have to manually add the domains to
relay for, and in the site settings have domain.tld in the
email aliases box. Restarting sendmail several times sometimes
does the trick too.
My issue with it was that I never had the issue personally,
just my clients, so it was very hard to prove a cure.
