I tried restarting apache and admserv. When I check the status on both it
says "dead but subsys locked". They are not running, don't show up with "ps
aux" and they don't have a pid in /var/run. They both have a file in
/var/lock/subsys, should I delete it and try starting them? Any suggestions?
Can I "shutdown -r" on a Qube 3?
