According to the book, it's 512MB max. According to others on the
list, it's 1GB. The chipset does support 1GB, Cobalt only tested
512MB.
I've never gone over 512MB myself, so I can only regurgitate what
others have said before...

I believe you can use PC-133, but it won't actually run at that
speed...
