I have created a little Word document.  Whenever I sign up a new customer
for a Raq server, I fill in their specifics about how to get to their
/sysadmin, how to set up their e-mail, FTP, frontpage (if applicable) etc.
Then I fire it off in a PDF to them.  It's proved most helpful, and it's
just 1 page.  If you'd like, I can e-mail you a copy off-list.
