[cobalt-users] Can't access Qube when Qube can't access internet?

Hello all, I have a strange problem which I hope someone can help me with.

We have a small office network, with all files stored on a Qube3.  Internet 
access for all machines is done through an SMC Router connected to an ISDN 
modem. The SMC Router also does DHCP for the Network.

However, when the internet connection is unavailable (for various reasons) 
the Qube refuses to share files to users on the network.

Users connect the the qube with the path //qube3/xxxxx

Can anybody suggest anything for me to look at please? particluar log 
files/entries for the Qube? [or tell me how to fix it :)]
