[cobalt-users] Raq4 - No control connection for command - please advise

Hello All,


I can't seem to get access to the server at all using FTP/SSH - the websites 
hosted on the server are fine, except that no ftp. I can't seem to log into 
ftp at all, knowing the password is correct.  The following is the error i 
get back.

Server in Question: RAQ4i

[admin admin]$ ftp anotherserver.net
Connected to anotherserver.net.
220 ProFTPD 1.2.0 Server (ProFTPD) [anotherserver.net]
Name (anotherserver.net:admin):
331 Password required for admin.
Password:
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Login failed.
No control connection for command: Permission denied
ftp>

When ssh into the server:

[admin admin]$ ssh anotherserver.net
Connection closed by [IP HERE]
