I'm sure you can modify it for a virtual server issue.

The APC Reboot Port device only permits a single login at a time, each APC
unit supports 8 servers. It is possible that when you attempt to login, it
will be busy. Simply wait a few minutes and try again if this happens to
you.

Please verify the above APC login name and Password. It may have been
changed from your requested password because of the requirements of the APC
server itself.
