[cobalt-users] ASP Server Administration Problem

ASP Server Administration

There is an administrator (admin) already logged in.
The Administration console allows only one user logged at a time. 
 
Would you like to login and override the current user?

I keep getting the above when attempting to access my ASP Server Adm.
(The check is turn on for ASP Administration in Control Panel)

- First, from the Admin GUI --> Control Panel --> ASP Parameters
- Second, directly to http://x.x.x.x/caspadmin/

What do I need to do to access ASP and setup my server, per instructions
from pkgmaster mysql and ASP?  (When I can't even access ASP parameters)
There's no other admin logged in (via second method by going directly
to the caspadmin/) and when click on YES to the above.
