Believe you need to go to Site Admin for that site, Site settings, and remove
the /any entries under "Email Server Aliases" field so that the box "knows"
it is no longer doing mail for that domain. Outbound mail should still work,
it will just know to "look" elsewhere for delivery to that domain (eg dns).
