Yes, it's a regular RaQ 3 with the Phoenix payload on it. You can
also use it as a RaQ 4i... :)
Don't know about the cost... are they worth $1K each to you?? (does
sound a bit high though, knowing what new RaQ 550s are going for, or
general purpose boxes for that matter)
