We didn't notice anything, but one contcact reported some email problems
to us that came down to him checking for spam through one of the rbls
that used DNS hosted on a southern California server that went down
during extended California power outages.  We had hurricane-force winds
much of Sunday night/Monday/Monday night here, and some neighborhoods
have been without power for 30 hours or more, and will probably be at
least another day without power.
