Thanks for your comments - I did not know that it was only for relaying to
those Domains on the RAQ.
Do you know no of another way besides:

as a lot of the ISP's over here are now banning sending mail through their
servers unless they hold the Domain name regardless if you are using their
dialler. I have tried to get them to just put a listing of the relevant
Domain name in their records but they all seem to be unhelpful.
If I had the entire range of IP numbers associated to 1 companies diallers
that I could use or the client has a fixed IP number does that make a
difference.
