Install redhat.
Then connect the RaQ4 drive, you don't want the redhat install
to fool woth the drive at all!
Then mount the drive
mount /dev/hdx4 /nmt/disk
Should put the /home directory at /mnt/disk
When done umount /mnt/disk
x is the drive (could be b, c, d.)
b if it is a slave on IDE0
c if it is a master on IDE1
d if it is a slave on IDE1
