[cobalt-users] RAQ4R IP issue

I have a 16 IP addresses, they range XXX.XXX.XXX.100 - XXX.XXX.XXX.115

Everything on 100-111 IP addresses works fine, the name of the server
was gold prior to OS restore, now it is called www, don't know how this
effects anything. Since the rebuild I have added to virtual sites on IP
112 and 113. Neither of these new domains respond to pings, further my
RAQ4R does not seem to respond to pings directly to the IP addresses 112
and 113. IP addresses from 100 to 111 all work fine.

I have checked for
-firewall settings
-DNS and virtual sites IP addresses are the same
-restarted the RAQ4R
-all patches are up to date
-ensured all services are still working
-checked for hackers
-tried using both www and gold and the primary DNS with the domain
registrar...either way same issue

I really need some help to track down why my RAQ does not respond for
these IP addresses and or these new domains.

The only other thing I have done is to change the virtual site template
creation to have my own index.html. I have also checked that this was
created correctly in the two new virtual sites web directory.
